In addition to saving individual AI responses, Savelore lets you save an entire conversation at once — capturing every message (yours and the AI's) as a single organized snapshot.

When to use it

Individual saves are great for picking out specific useful responses. Conversation saves are better when:

• The whole back-and-forth is valuable, not just one reply
• You want to archive a productive session before closing the tab
• You're working through a multi-step problem and want the full thread
• You want to revisit the reasoning flow, not just the conclusions

How to save a conversation

1. Open the Savelore sidebar on any ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini conversation
2. Click the Save conversation button at the top of the sidebar (or in the toolbar)
3. The full conversation is saved as a single item in your library

The save captures all messages up to that point. If the conversation continues later, you can save again to get an updated snapshot.

What gets saved

A conversation save includes:

• Every message in the thread — both your prompts and the AI's responses
• The platform (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini)
• A link back to the original conversation
• The date and time of the save

Viewing a saved conversation

Open the Savelore sidebar → find the conversation save in your list → click it. The full thread is displayed in order, with your messages and the AI's responses clearly distinguished.

Searching inside conversation saves

Full-text search covers the content of conversation saves. If you remember a phrase from somewhere in a long chat, searching for it will surface the conversation save.

Tagging and organizing

Conversation saves support the same tags and folders as individual saves. Apply a tag like project-x or onboarding to group related conversation archives together.
