Notion auto-sync

Automatically push every new save to your Notion database as soon as you save it.

Notion auto-sync is a Pro feature that automatically sends every new save to your connected Notion database the moment you save it — no manual export needed.

How it works

Once enabled, every time you click Save on an AI response, Savelore:

  1. Saves it locally as normal
  2. Immediately creates a new page in your Notion database with the response content and metadata

You don't touch anything. The save appears in Notion within a few seconds.

Enabling auto-sync

  1. Connect Notion first (see Notion export for setup)
  2. Open SettingsIntegrationsNotion
  3. Toggle on Auto-sync new saves

From this point on, every new save goes to Notion automatically.

Reality check

Auto-sync only applies to new saves made after enabling it. It does not retroactively sync your existing saves. Use bulk export to send older saves to Notion.

What gets synced

Auto-sync sends the same data as a manual export:

  • Full response text
  • Source platform
  • Link back to original conversation
  • Tags
  • Date saved

Disabling auto-sync

Toggle off Auto-sync new saves in Settings → Integrations → Notion. New saves will no longer be sent to Notion. Existing Notion pages are not affected.

Troubleshooting sync failures

If a save fails to sync:

  1. Check that your Notion connection is still active (Settings → Integrations → Notion)
  2. Verify your Notion database still exists and hasn't been moved or deleted
  3. Re-authorize if the connection has expired

Failed syncs show a warning icon on the saved item in the sidebar. Click it to retry the sync manually.

Important

If you revoke Savelore's Notion access from your Notion account settings, auto-sync will fail silently until you reconnect. Re-authorize in Savelore's settings to restore the connection.
