Notion export
Export your saves and Collection Mode notes to a Notion database. Auto-sync keeps it up to date automatically.
Savelore can export your saves and Collection Mode notes directly to a Notion database, with optional auto-sync so every new save lands in Notion instantly. This is a Pro feature.
Setting up the Notion integration
- Open the Savelore sidebar
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Notion
- Click Connect Notion
- You'll be redirected to Notion's authorization page — log in and click Allow access
- That's it. Savelore automatically creates a new page titled as Savelore at the root of your Notion workspace
When Notion asks which pages to give access to, you don't need to select anything — just click "Allow access". Savelore creates its own dedicated space automatically.
Exporting your saves
Single save: Open any save in the sidebar → click Export to Notion. The save appears in your Notion database as a new page.
Bulk export: In the sidebar, click Export to Notion in Settings → Integrations. Savelore shows how many saves are new (not yet in Notion) and exports only those — no duplicates.
Collection Mode notes: After finishing a collection, export it the same way. The note exports with all extracted text in the body and citations formatted as inline links back to the original AI responses.
Auto-sync
Turn on Auto-sync to Notion in Settings → Integrations. Once enabled:
- Every new save is automatically sent to Notion in the background
- Edits to a save (tags, description) update the Notion page
- Deleting a save archives the Notion page
Auto-sync tracks what's already been exported — re-running a manual export won't create duplicates.
If your Notion connection expires, Savelore will show a reconnect banner in Settings. Your saves are safe — they queue locally and sync once you reconnect.
What gets exported to Notion
Each exported item becomes a Notion page with these properties:
| Property | Value |
|---|---|
| Title | The response title or collection name |
| Source | ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini |
| URL | Link back to the original conversation |
| Tags | Any tags you applied in Savelore |
| Date saved | When you saved it |
| Type | "Response" or "Collection" |
Tips
- Dedicated database — Savelore creates its own "Snippets" database in the page titled Savelore. Keep it separate from other Notion content for clean filtering and search.
- Collection citations — Collection Mode notes export with numbered citations as inline links, so you can trace any excerpt back to its original AI message.
- Partial exports — If you only want specific saves in Notion, use the bulk export — it shows a count of new saves and lets you confirm before exporting.
