Shareable entries

Any entry in your archive can be published as a public web page. You get a link. Anyone with it can read the entry without installing Savelore or creating an account.

How to publish an entry

1. Open the entry
2. Click the share icon in the toolbar
3. Confirm a title and an optional one-line description
4. Click Publish

You get back a link at savelore.app/s/<id>, with a copy button.

The published page shows the response itself, its title, description, tags, which AI platform it came from, and the date. It renders your archive's styling, and unfurls with a proper preview image when pasted into Slack, WhatsApp, or X.

What gets published, and what doesn't

Publishing sends one entry. Not your archive. The publish dialog lists this explicitly before you commit.

Never published:

• The link to your original conversation (it's private to you and would only show a login wall to anyone else)
• Your name and email
• Every other entry you've saved

For Collection Mode entries, the source platforms are named but the underlying conversation URLs are stripped before anything is sent.

It's a snapshot, not a live mirror

The published page freezes the entry as it was at publish time. Editing or deleting the entry afterward doesn't change or break a link you've already sent someone.

Reversible

Every published entry is listed under Settings → Account, with its date, platform, and view count. Unpublish takes the page down for everyone. Nothing published is permanent against your wishes.

Account and limits

Publishing needs an account, so you can take pages down later from any device. Signing in to publish doesn't turn on cloud sync. If you were local-only before, you stay local-only.

Free and unlimited, with a cap of 10 published entries per day.
