By installing or using Savelore, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and honest. If anything is unclear, email us at support@savelore.app — we’re real humans and we actually respond.
What Savelore provides
Free tier
Save up to 10 AI responses locally on your device. Basic organisation with folders, tags, and search. Works entirely offline — no account required.
Pro
Unlimited saves, Collection Mode, advanced features, priority support, and optional cloud sync across devices.
Local-first by default
All your data lives on your device. The extension runs fully offline with no account. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose it.
Cloud sync — opt-in
Sign up with your email to sync saved snippets across devices via Supabase. Entirely optional. Pro works without an account if you prefer local-only.
Note: Uninstalling the extension or clearing browser data without sync enabled will erase your archive. Export regularly if you rely on local-only mode.
Payment and billing
Pricing
$9.99 / month, billed monthly. Auto-renews on the same date each month.
Payment processing
Handled securely by Creem, our payment provider. We never store your card details.
Receipts
Sent automatically to your email after each successful charge.
14-day money-back guarantee
Not happy within 14 days of purchase? Email support@savelore.app for a full refund — no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds aren’t available, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime by emailing support@savelore.app. We’ll process it within one business day. No cancellation fees. No dark patterns.
- Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No future charges after cancellation.
- On expiry you revert to the free tier — 10 snippets.
- Your existing data stays on your device. You'll need to trim snippets to save new ones.
License and usage
When you purchase Pro, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Savelore for personal or commercial purposes. With cloud sync enabled, your license is tied to your email — sign in on any device. Without sync, it’s tied to the specific browser where you activated.

- Up to 3 devices with the same account
Not allowed
- Sharing your license with others
- Reverse engineering the extension
- Reselling or redistributing Savelore
- Using it for illegal activities
Limitation of liability
Savelore is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be bug-free or available.
Liability disclaimer
- We're not liable for data loss — enable cloud sync or export regularly if your archive matters.
- We're not liable for damages from using or being unable to use Savelore.
- Chrome updates may occasionally cause temporary compatibility issues.
- Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions and cloud sync accounts that violate these terms. Grounds include:
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Sharing a license with others
- Abusing support or refund policies
- Using the extension for illegal purposes
Terminations for policy violations do not qualify for a refund on the remaining subscription period.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. For significant changes — especially around pricing or refunds — we’ll notify you through:
- Email (Pro users)
- An in-extension notification
- The "Last updated" date on this page
Continuing to use Savelore after changes go live means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
