These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Savelore, a Chrome extension that helps you save and organize AI responses. By installing or using Savelore, you agree to these terms.

What We Provide
Savelore Free: Save up to 10 AI responses locally on your device or optional cloud, with basic organization features (folders, tags, search). Works completely offline with no account required.
Savelore Pro: Unlimited saves, Collection Mode, advanced features, priority support, and optional cloud sync across devices.
Local-First Storage: By default, all your data is stored locally on your device. The extension works 100% offline with no account required.
Optional Cloud Sync: Users can optionally enable cloud sync by signing up with an email. When enabled, your saved snippets sync across all your devices via Supabase (our secure cloud storage provider).
Cloud sync is completely optional. If you prefer to keep everything local, you can continue using Pro without signing up. Note: If you uninstall the extension or clear browser data without cloud sync enabled, your saved responses will be lost.
Payment Terms
Pricing
- • Monthly: $6/month, billed monthly (auto-renews)
Billing
Payments are processed securely through Creem, our payment provider. We don't store your payment information.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try Savelore Pro risk-free. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email us at support@savelore.app for a full refund.
After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@savelore.app. We'll process your cancellation within 1 business day.
What happens when you cancel:
- • You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period
- • No future charges will be made
- • After your subscription expires, you'll revert to the free tier (10 snippets)
- • Your data stays on your device (but you'll need to delete excess snippets to save new ones)
No cancellation fees. No tricks. Just straightforward.
License and Usage
When you purchase Savelore Pro, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial use.
Cloud Sync (Optional): If you enable cloud sync, your Pro subscription is linked to your email account. You can use Savelore Pro on any device by signing in with the same email. Without cloud sync, Pro features are tied to the specific browser/device where you activated your subscription.
You CAN:
- • Use for personal or work projects
- • Save unlimited AI responses
- • Export your data anytime
- • Use across a maximum of 3 multiple devices (same account)
You CANNOT:
- • Share your license with others
- • Reverse engineer the extension
- • Resell or redistribute Savelore
- • Use for illegal activities
Limitation of Liability
Savelore is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be 100% bug-free or always available.
Important Disclaimer:
- • We're not responsible for data loss (enable cloud sync or regularly export important snippets)
- • We're not liable for damages from using (or not being able to use) Savelore
- • Chrome extension updates may occasionally cause temporary issues
- • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions and/or cloud sync accounts that violate these terms, including:
- • Fraudulent payment activity
- • Sharing licenses with others
- • Abusing support or refund policies
- • Using the extension for illegal purposes
If we terminate your account for violation, you won't receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes (especially to pricing or refund policies), we'll notify you via:
- • Email (if you're a Pro user)
- • In-extension notification
- • Update on this page (check "Last Updated" date above)
Continued use of Savelore after changes means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription.
